Bread Pans are often labeled as 1 lb or 1 1⁄2 lbs or 2 lb pans...doesn't that indicate that the suggest pan capacity of dough is 1 lb, or 1 1⁄2 lbs or 2 pounds of dough? I HAVE A PAIR OF BREAD TINS I WANT TO USE BUT AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH DOUGH TO PUT IN THEM, MY- PANS ARE COMMERCIAL THE PAIR IS JOINED TOGETHER tHEY MEASURE EACH ONE MEASURES ALONG THE TOP 12INCHES X 4 INCHES,THEY ARE 4 INCHES DEEP AND EACH ONE HOLS 13 AND A HALF CUPS OF WATER.
